Seekay AI and associated logos, designs, and content are the property of their respective owners.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Seekay ("Licensor") for the use of the Seekay AI mobile application ("Software").

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and install the Software on compatible mobile devices that you own or control
Use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes
Access features and services provided through the Software

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software
Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
Create derivative works based on the Software
Use the Software to develop competing products
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks

3. Intellectual Property

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to Licensor and title thereto remains in Licensor. All rights in the Software not specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved to Licensor.

Trademarks: "Seekay", "Seekay AI", and associated logos are trademarks of their respective owners. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission.

4. Third-Party Components

The Software may include third-party open-source components, each subject to their own license terms:

5. Privacy

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits or revenue
Loss of data or digital assets
Business interruption
Personal injury
Loss of privacy

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must:

Cease all use of the Software
Delete all copies of the Software from your devices

9. Updates and Modifications

Licensor may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. This Agreement applies to all such updates unless a separate license is provided. Licensor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software at any time.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
