Seekay ("we", "our", or "the app") is an AI-powered Solana assistant application designed for the Solana Seeker phone and other Android devices. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

• Wallet Address: When you connect your Solana wallet (via Mobile Wallet Adapter), your public wallet address is stored locally on your device to maintain your session.
• Custom Agents: Any AI agents you create (names, prompts, settings) are stored locally on your device.
• Chat History: Conversations with the AI assistant are stored locally on your device.

Information Collected Automatically

None. We do not collect analytics, crash reports, or usage data. The app does not have backend servers that receive your data.

Blockchain Data

When you use the app, it queries public blockchain data: your wallet balance, token holdings, and transaction history. This information is publicly available on the Solana blockchain and is not private data.

How We Use Information

Wallet Connection

Seekay uses Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) to connect to your wallet:

• We never have access to your private keys or seed phrase
• Transaction signing is handled by your wallet app (Seed Vault, Phantom, etc.)
• We only receive your public wallet address after you authorize the connection
• You can disconnect your wallet at any time from the Settings screen

Data Security

• Local Storage: All sensitive data is stored using secure storage mechanisms
• No Server Storage: We do not operate servers that store your data
• Minimal Data Collection: We only store what's necessary for app functionality
• On-Device Processing: AI runs locally, ensuring your conversations stay private

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all data stored by the app (it's all on your device)
• Delete: Clear all app data through Settings or by uninstalling the app
• Disconnect: Remove wallet connection at any time
• Export: Your data is stored locally and can be backed up with standard device backup methods

Blockchain Transparency

Please note that transactions on the Solana blockchain are public and permanent. When you sign and send a transaction through Seekay, it is recorded on the public blockchain and anyone can view the transaction details. This is a fundamental property of blockchain technology, not a feature of our app.

Children's Privacy

Seekay is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
